The oversized, one‑piece base plate increases stability during routing passes, helping the router track smoothly along the workpiece edge. An integrated handle improves control during longer cuts, while the adjustable guide setup allows the bit to be positioned accurately without drifting. This makes it well suited for routing dados, grooves and similar edge‑guided operations where control directly affects fit and finish.
In addition to edge guiding, built‑in pin holes allow the guide to function as a compact circle‑cutting system.
