Iron staining is a common problem in homes today. It causes orange staining on fixtures, as well as dingy clothes and sometimes can have negative effects on both hair and skin. Sulfur is easily detected by the presence of a “rotten egg” odor, and is sometimes associated with yellow staining. All of these problems can be eliminated with the Titan AIO™ Air Injection Oxidizing Filtration System.

Using Nature’s Own Process
These naturally occurring elements can be removed using nature’s own process of oxidation. The Titan AIO™ maintains an “air pocket” in the top of the tank while the system is in service. As water passes thru the air pocket, iron and Sulphur are oxidized. The Titan AIO™ filter media bed then removes the oxidized iron and Sulphur from the water. Additionally, dissolved oxygen is added to the water.

The Titan AIO™ Air Injection Filter System, as a single tank system, is an efficient and cost effective system. The need for additional equipment...air tanks, feed pumps, or harsh chemicals (like those used in Manganese Greensand Systems) is virtually eliminated!*
Proven Technology
The Titan AIO™ system includes the Fleck 5600 AIO SXT electronic control valve that automatically backwashes the system to clean the media and flush everything down the drain. By utilizing a patented piston in the control valve, the Titan AIO™ is able to put the whole oxidation process inside one tank, keeping maintenance costs and down time to a minimum .Made by Fleck, a leading manufacturer of control valves in the US, the digital control valve allows for ease of setup and automatic operation. The Titan AIO™ can remove up to 8 ppm Hydrogen Sulfide and up to 7 ppm Iron. A daily backwash will remove accumulated iron and replenish the filter media bed. The regeneration process also adds a fresh air pocket to the system.

Great value for DIY procedure for my BMW

The fitment is perfect, installation is simple certainly a DIY maintenance procedure. BMW wanted 300$ for install. I compared my oem to this and certainly equal or greater quality so great value.
The package includes a manual and a manufacturers sticker with a feedback card. It was sealed with package inside its cardboard.
The filter is a beautiful vibrant red. So when it starts to collect debris you will notice I imagine because it’ll shift color but it’s recommended you repose like every 10-15k miles
So intend to repurchase this exact filter when needed
