C’est pourquoi nous utilisons, pour les doubles enveloppes métalliques de nos Sonde de canal, soit du laiton nickelé, soit de l’acier inoxydable. Le laiton est principalement composé de cuivre et de zinc : l’alliage offre ainsi une bonne aptitude au moulage et à l’usinage, une résistance mécanique, une conductivité thermique et une bonne conductivité électrique.
Contrairement aux produits conventionnels du marché, toutefois, nos doubles enveloppes en laiton reçoivent une protection supplémentaire sous forme d’un revêtement de nickel. Celui-ci garantit leur résistance durable à la corrosion dans des milieux moins agressifs, de l’air et de l’eau jusqu’aux alcalis et aux acides dilués. En même temps, la couche de nickel empêche que des composants de pâtes conductrices ne dissolvent le cuivre et ne provoquent de la piqûration.
Les doubles enveloppes offrant la meilleure protection contre la corrosion sont celles en acier inoxydable non austénitique. Nous avons choisi VA 1.4571, respectivement AISI 316 Ti : un austénitique particulièrement haut de gamme qui, en plus du chrome, du nickel et du molybdène, contient également du titane. L’alliage s’est avéré particulièrement fiable dans la construction d’appareils et d’instruments chimiques, le traitement des gaz d’échappement et le traitement des eaux usées. Sa résistance à la corrosion couvre également les chlorures, c.-à-d. les sels, ainsi que les acides plus agressifs, y compris l’acide chlorhydrique (HCl).

Definitely Not Unflavored. This is Tart / Sour, Which Limits the Options to Certain Juices

I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.

Happy it is unflavored

I was worried about the taste based on some of the reviews. I tried it in my coffee, and I'm glad I did it that way. I keep coffee in the fridge, so that is what I mixed with one tablespoon of this. I use half and half and no sugar. I tasted it. It tastes like burnt coffee. Not a bad thing...thats just what the taste it added. I decided to see what would happen if I added a splash of a flavored creamer. The taste went away instantly. Hope this helps someone!

Fantastic product, dont like the texture - mix with food. Still 10/10 💩🎉

Taste:
While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor.
Texture:
The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective.
Mixability:
It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings.
Side effects:
I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!

Works great and easy to stick with daily

I started taking Metamucil to improve my digestion, and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed everything feels more regular and just overall better.
One thing I really like is how easy it is to take. It mixes well and goes down pretty smooth, especially if you drink it right away. It’s not nearly as bad as I expected taste-wise.
I also feel like it helps me stay a little fuller throughout the day, which has been a nice bonus.
No stomach issues or discomfort for me, and it’s been very consistent in how it works. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and plan to keep using it long term.
