• 1 Year Full Warranty on Parts and Service.
• Maintenance, training (read the user manual for each system) and correct use of the systems is the responsibility of the user.
• The warranty does not cover damage or failure due to incorrect use or lack of maintenance of the equipment.

• Certified technician parts and labor at no extra cost.

Warranty Conditions:
To maintain warranty coverage, all service and repairs must be performed exclusively by CAD/CAM Center Miami or an authorized CAD/CAM Care technician.
Any service, modification, or repair performed by a third-party technician or company automatically voids all warranty coverage, without exception. This policy follows standard practice across dental, medical, and electronic equipment industries.

Returns:

• Accepted within 30 days of shipment.

• Equipment must be installed by a factory-trained dental technician (verified by service invoice).

• Refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping:

• Ground Shipping: Ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears.

• Freight Shipping: Ships within 6 business days (curbside delivery only).

Damage Policy:

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it.

• Contact customer service for repair, replacement, or refund.

International Shipments:
