Nose - Warming notes of sweet caramel and soft vanilla dance with dark fruits and earthy campfire smoke.

Palate - Smoky, sticky caramel and candied orange peel poured over vanilla ice cream, all atop a deeply unctuous Black Forest Cake, rippled with cherry and cream.

Finish - Long, rich and wonderfully complex, this is one to sip and ponder.
