Imperial Locks G72-4053 Latch - Heavy Duty Spring

Heavy duty mortice DDA compliant bathroom lock case with two-piece 25mm wide forend and striking plate with brass latch bolt; suitable for domestic and commercial projects. Supplied with matching finished screws and strike plate to suit 44mm thick doors.

The latch has heavy duty springing making it ideal for un-sprung furniture with various backsets (distance from edge of door to centre line of lever handle/spindle).

This latch is CE Marked and Fire rated to BS EN 1634-1:2000 & Performance rated to BS EN 12209.

Suitable for use on 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors, when used in conjunction with available intumescent packs, which can be selected above.
