Luis Cañas Rioja Crianza bestaat uit een blend van 95 procent Tempranillo en 5 procent Garnacha-druiven, afkomstig van wijngaarden met een gemiddelde leeftijd van ongeveer 30 jaar. Deze wijngaarden liggen verspreid over de karakteristieke terrassen van Rioja Alavesa en bevinden zich voornamelijk in de dorpen rondom Villabuena. Wanneer de druiven optimaal rijp zijn worden ze volledig met de hand geoogst. Alleen het beste van het beste is goed genoeg dus een strenge selectie van de druiven mag niet ontbreken. Na de ontsteling vindt de alcoholische en malolactische gisting plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks. Na de fermentatie ondergaat de wijn een verouderingsproces van 12 maanden in vaten, waarbij 60 procent van de vaten Frans eikenhout en 40 procent Amerikaans eikenhout betreft. Deze periode van rijping in eiken vaten draagt bij aan de complexiteit en structuur van de wijn, waardoor het zijn karakteristieke aroma's en smaken ontwikkelt.De fruitige aroma’s van Luis Canas Rioja Crianza
Luis Cañas Rioja Crianza is een wijn met een aantrekkelijke kersenrode kleur. In de neus valt direct het uitgesproken fruitige karakter op, waarin aroma's van sappige aardbeien en rijpe bananen duidelijk aanwezig zijn. Deze fruitige tonen worden subtiel aangevuld met hints van vanille en cederhout. Bij het proeven onthult deze wijn zijn omhullende en volle textuur, ondersteund door krachtige maar tegelijkertijd zijdezachte tannines. De fruitige tonen komen ook in de smaak duidelijk naar voren en de frisse smaak is te danken aan de levendige zuurgraad. De afdronk is aangenaam en brengt opnieuw de heerlijke fruittonen naar voren.Shipping Notes

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jillian West and her books!!! I’m so happy I already bought book two and now I have to buy the others for the Assurance Security series!!
Not gonna lie Val kind of annoyed me at the beginning but she grew on me!! Her men are chef’s kisses!!! Holt annoys me some but I can let it slide. I already bought part two so I’m going to be reading that in between work phone calls!!!! DON’T TELL MY BOSS 😂😂😂😂

Baby bumps and bodyguards

Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat.
It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.
